Dear Friends,
Today we celebrate the feast of the glorious Resurrection, which is the triumph of Jesus Christ over sin and death. It is my prayer that God may fill each of our hearts with the joy that the disciples of Jesus experienced that first Easter morning.
The Resurrection of Jesus is the central event of our faith and the reason we gather each Sunday to celebrate the Eucharist. I invite all of you to allow the Risen Lord to enter your heart anew, to deepen your hope and to renew your commitment to live your Catholic faith especially as we continue our journey together as a Divine Mercy Family. Let us, like those first disciples, become apostles of peace and messengers of joy. May Mary, the Mother of the Risen Christ, obtain for us this Easter gift. Happy Easter to all!
